The redesigned adventure museum invites you on an expedition through a prehistoric forest where fossils can be discovered. Visitors can look forward to encounters with an alligator in its nest and a dive into a prehistoric sea. A beach area with shells and pearls offers further interactive experiences. A special highlight is the world's largest fossil oyster reef, which is impressively brought to life by an elaborate multimedia show.
The new explorer park - adventures for discoverers!
The generously extended explorer park is full of action and discoveries:
- An oversized basking shark, where real shark teeth can be found in the sand.
- An area that brings the primeval sea to life and a mangrove forest to explore.
- Bead slides that require skill
- A giant slide from the snail tower into the neighboring snail forest.
- Unique experiences make explorers' hearts beat faster!
Enjoyment & relaxation at the new Strandheurigen
After the numerous adventures, the new Strandheurige offers a chance to relax. Here guests can linger in a relaxed atmosphere and fortify themselves with refreshing drinks or snacks. The Fossiliencafé also invites you to linger.
